I really like this gym. Great bilingual staff including nutritionists and trainers. Nice little app to help you keep track of your progress. Clean, good machines. Not busy like those econo gyms.
Service impcable
It's a small gym.At peak hours, you might wait a bit for the machines to get free. Misses some machines too, equipment is old. Membership is expensive compare for what they offering.
Cours avec groupe Fenplast. ..Salut j'aimerai juste avertit Jennifer que Nancy Hudon sera pas au derniers cours d'aujourd'hui jeudi 21 juin. ..il on annoncer pas overtime se samedi alors je ne peux me permettre de perdre d'autre somme d'argents, dsoler et on se voit de retour dbut du mois d'aot. ..Merci encore et Bonne journe!
